Nutrition should fit into your lifestyle. Here at Body+ we teach you nutritional habits that are sustainable and not overly restrictive. Balance is the key to all things and nutrition is no exception.

Can I complete the workouts at home?

All workouts can be done from home or in a gym setting. When there are machines utilized (rarely) there is an "alternative exercise" feature built into the app that will be utilized.

How many workouts are available on the app per week?

Dumbbells (Can substitute with any of the following and vice versa.)

What is the average length of a workout?

45-60 minutes depending on the individual but there are notes indicating how to shorten a workout when needed.
